Dr. Jamonica Rolle became the sixth president of Illinois Central College on July 1, and she wants to hear from the people who hire in this region.
What Manufacturing Needs Next brings together the Greater Peoria Manufacturing Network, the Strategic Manufacturing Group, and manufacturers from across the region for an informal afternoon with Dr. Rolle. She will introduce herself and share her approach to workforce development and technical training at ICC. Then the floor opens up. Bring your hiring trends, your skills gaps, your frustrations, and your ideas about what the manufacturing workforce needs to look like five years from now.
This is a working conversation, not a presentation. Dr. Rolle is bringing members of her team who can answer questions about ICC’s technical programs, and what she hears in this room can shape how those programs develop.
