She will introduce herself and share her approach to workforce development and technical training at ICC. Then the floor opens up. Bring your hiring trends, your skills gaps, your frustrations, and your ideas about what the manufacturing workforce needs to look like five years from now.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal" dir="ltr">This is a working conversation, not a presentation.
