On August 6, The Big Table: Greater Peoria hosted the second Gather Around Justice panel discussion, focusing this time on criminal justice reform and some of the inequities in our system. The panel included:

- Johanes Maliza – Central District Assistant Federal Public Defender
- Nia Mcfarland-Drye -Mitigation Specialist for Central District Federal Public Defender Office/NAACP
- Carl Holloway – Executive Director of MAY-I Outreach
