Downstate Small Business Stabilization Program

The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) has established the Downstate Small Business Stabilization Program (DSBSP) in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The program offers small businesses in downstate and rural counties in Illinois the opportunity to partner with local governments to obtain grants equal to 60 days of verifiable working capital up to a maximum of $25,000.  Businesses within the city limits of Peoria or Pekin are not eligible.

The deadline to apply for Peoria, Woodford, and Mason County businesses is April 10, 5 PM.

The deadline for Tazewell County businesses is April 13, 5 PM.
