Founded in 1898, AAIM Employers’ Association is an association of over 1,800 employers throughout Illinois and Missouri.  These employers range from small to very large organizations, in every industry. Illinois WorkNet is a portal for connecting employers and job seekers and expanding economic opportunity in Illinois. The portal is a cooperative effort between state economic development, workforce development, education agencies, and local workforce investment boards along with their public and private partners including local governments, community colleges and non-profit organizations. It is designed to provide easy access to information and services through a network of public and private partners.
